- Service & liability
- We aim to use reasonable care. Service scope, price and any additional work should be agreed before work begins. Please tell us about concerns or damage promptly so we can assess them.
- Pre-existing damage
- Please disclose paint chips, rust, scratches, cracked glass, loose trim, worn materials and previous repairs. Existing damage may become more visible during cleaning; this does not exclude responsibility for damage we cause.
- Results vary
- Complete removal of stains, odours, scratches, contamination or other defects is not guaranteed. Results depend on age, materials and the vehicle’s prior condition.
- Higher-risk services
- Wet extraction, intensive stain treatment, pressure washing and engine-bay cleaning can carry added risks around tint, decals, aged or fragile materials and electronics. We should discuss these risks and obtain specific approval before proceeding.
- Personal belongings
- Please remove cash, valuables and personal items before service, and tell us about items that cannot be removed. This request does not waive any responsibility required by law.
- Proposed liability limit
- A possible cap at the amount paid for the affected service is under legal review and is not an active term. Any final limitation must comply with Alberta law and preserve rights that cannot be waived.
- Photos & media consent
- Marketing use of before-and-after photos or video should require separate, optional permission. You can decline without affecting service. Identifying details should be excluded unless specifically authorized. See our Privacy Policy.
- Cancellations & no-shows
- Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. Notice periods, deposits and late-cancellation or no-show fees remain to be finalized and disclosed before booking; this draft does not introduce a fee.
